In case of dissatisfaction from our membership, customers have the liberty to cancel their membership and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation charges will be collected if the confirmed membership is cancelled after processing. (i.e., only 85% of the paid money will be refunded). A member has to bear some charges in case of cancellation A cancellation fee of 4% is applicable on processing membership.
All refunds are made through wallet only, wallet withdraw request credit to bank account with in 5 to 7 working days
