Conscious of its management development and social responsibilities, IMA is reaching out to the professionals in the neighborhood directly as participants in its various programmes and indirectly by inviting senior professionals of the region to address other professionals.

• IMA regularly organizes Professional Development Programs such as lecture cum discussion meetings, corporate training programs for functional excellence and skill enhancement for executives and managers. IMA functioning as an Interactive/ Information Center.
• IMA has been functioning through its various Centers of Excellence, wherein professionals from all levels of management interact to share and learn. The result is a powerful set of activities that focuses on the challenges one will face tomorrow. The role of IMA is that of a facilitator and mentor.
• IMA has launched the CEO Forum, wherein Rendezvous Dinner Meet, a series of interactive sessions are organized, where the top management of companies interact with the movers & shakers of industry & business to road map the growth for tomorrow.
• IMA has started International Forum which connects members who had moved across the borders thereby brings international perspective to the management fraternity of the region.
• Management Students Forum of IMA is an organic body which themselves conceptualizes, organize and thereby gain from the activities they conduct. The forum provides opportunities for self development, exposure to professionalism and experience team work progress.
• IMA publishes the monthly journal INDORE MANAGER for its valuable members which contains articles of management interest covering all areas of management along with the regular features.
IMA constantly strives towards developing and sustaining its leadership role in bringing management professionalism in the region.
