For the first time, after nearly 60 years of
independence, the Government of India has passed
the Right to Information (RTI) Act 2005 giving
Indian Citizens an opportunity to exercise their
right to obtain information of any kind from
Public Offices and Enterprises of Central and
State Governments.

What is this RTI Act 2005? What are our
Rights? What is Information? How to get this
Information? What are the time frames for
getting this Information? Whom to approach if
the Information is not provided within
stipulated time frame?
We, Indore management Association have taken
this initiative to conduct this program for our
members. Mr.K.S. Parmar IAS (Retd). Justice
Muley (Retd High Court Judge), Shri B J Hirjee
IAS (Retd Home Secretary, Govt of India) was
available to explain
above.
